Hello, Dummy Devotees (and/or general fans of my writing!)
It is with the exhausted elation typically reserved for those who have just given birth that I’m writing to let you know: as of last Thursday, the first two episodes of Murder for Dummies are now online!
You can watch them both now (and should watch them both NOW) below!
We’re really delighted with the response they’ve had so far - but as we’ve made this entire thing ourselves, we’ve not got any marketing budget or PR. Word of mouth is our only means of finding an audience for our stupid, silly, dark little show - and we know that audience is out there somewhere!
So help us find them: please watch the show and help us boost its presence in the finicky YouTube algorithm, AND - if you enjoy the episodes, which we know you will - please do share them directly with friends, foes and family!
Social media posts (we’re [@]casualviolence on most things) are brilliant: direct, personal recommendations and sending the link to people personally is a million times better.
I’ll resume more substantive Substacks soon; predictably, working on the series has taken a LOT of my focus. But more newsletters soon, promise! Until then: please watch and share!
